Procedural questions 

  • Is the request / interest I sent an order?

The request you have sent is just an expression of interest for one or more of the available vehicles. It is not binding on either party.

 

  • After sending my request / interest, will the vehicle be reserved in my name?

The request you have sent is just an expression of interest and is not binding on either party . The vehicle you have selected is not reserved in your name. The vehicle will be reserved in your name only after the placement of an order with our sales team and payment of the deposit.

 

  • What is the process after sending my request / interest?

After sending the request / interest, a sales consultant will contact you for next steps as soon as possible.

 

  • How soon will I hear from you?

No later than the next working day from the day of the submission of your request/interest.

 

  • Will I be asked to deposit any money during the whole request / interest process? Do I have to pay in advance to proceed?

No payment is required as the whole process is solely about expression of interest and is non-binding. No payment of any amount will be requested at any stage of the request / interest process.

 

  • Can I register an interest in more than 1 vehicle?

Yes, there is this possibility. You can continue the process and add another vehicle of interest. Alternatively, you can send a new request.

 

  • Are the vehicles on the platform immediately available?

Yes, the vehicles are immediately available. In any case, more information can be obtained from the sales consultant who will contact you once you submit a request / interest.

 

Product and equipment questions  

  • Can the equipment of the vehicle be changed?

All vehicles on the platform are specific vehicles. They are available with the specific equipment listed and no changes can be made.

 

  • Where can I find the equipment of the model I am interested in?

The equipment is listed next to each vehicle. 

 

  • Is it also available in another version (engine, gearbox, etc.)?

Pricing / payment questions  

  • Can I get a better price?

The listed final prices are final prices after discount. Once you submit a request one of our sales consultants will contact you for further clarification.

 

  • If I proceed to an order how much do I have to pay as a down payment?

Our sales consultants will inform you regarding payments and the vehicle sales order procedure.

 

  • Is there a financing program?

We cooperate with all local banks. More information will be provided by the sales consultant who will contact you once you submit a request.
